A delicious brownie for children & adults made with coconut - flour & oil 🤩

Ingredients
270g sugar
55g coconut flour
90g cocoa powder
50g vegan dark cooking chocolate
1/4 teaspoon salt
200g coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 large eggs room temperature
50g chopped pecan nuts

Directions
1. Preheat the oven 175 °C, (electric, fan) and line a baking pan with baking paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, stir together the melted coconut oil, melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and when its a cooled a little the eggs. Stir until combined.
4. Combine the dry mixture with the wet, stir but not overmixing.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 16-20 minutes or until the brownies appear set in the middle.
Leave to cool a little in the pan, as they will continue to bake and will firm up as they cool. Remove it to a cooling rack.
