About Stella

Hi, I’m Stella, a Registered HCPC Dietitian and a member of the British Dietetics Association. I love working with people, to keep learning and increase my knowledge and skills. I studied for my degree in London and have a passion for health and helping people. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing people reach their goals and become healthier.

My approach to nutrition

I work with people in a bespoke and tailored way, treating everyone as individual as they are. I work holistically, helping and supporting people to get to the root cause of symptoms. We look at how to address the cause and help the symptoms, coaching clients to create healthy relationships with food where needed. I am non-fad, non-diet, and weight inclusive. I help people navigate through information, thoughts, feeling, or barriers that may be preventing them from moving forward and instead find ways to create healthy, sustainable, and positive changes.

When working with people, consultations are undertaken in an open, non-judgemental way. All information that I provide is in adherence to HCPC standards and evidence-based.

I work with you,  guiding and supporting you on your health journey.

The information I provide is imparted to inform and educate, to increase self-awareness and understanding of your health and the functioning of your body.

My Interests:

My interests include – travel. I’ve backpacked extensively in Southeast Asia and lived in New Zealand and Thailand, teaching English as a foreign language and volunteering abroad.

I’ve travelled in India numerous times, practising yoga and gaining my yoga teaching qualification there. I have a love of the ocean and enjoy sea swimming. I love keeping active, hiking, running, dancing and have a keen interest in mindfulness and self-development.
